Our Story
Ridge Mechanical, Inc. was established in 1955 as Bob E. Ridge Plumbing & Heating Company Inc. The company’s original focus was design-build plumbing and steam heating systems. Later Air Conditioning was added to the company’s portfolio of offerings. Steve Vienneau came to the company in 2000 to improve the company’s air conditioning expertise. In 2014 Steve took full control of the company.

Steven Vienneau
President & HVAC Manager
Steve is a results-driven Design Build Contractor and Professional Engineer dedicated to innovative design, quality installation & superior customer service. With over 35 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction business, Steve brings to the table extensive experience in design, drafting, engineering, estimation and management of specialized, high-profile construction projects with challenging timelines, set costs, safety constraints and very specific and often state-of-the-art energy performance requirements.
Jason “Jay” Russo
Service Manager
Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As a seasoned professional, Jay has successfully managed a wide range of HVAC projects, from routine maintenance and repairs to complex installations and system upgrades.
He oversees a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and leadership to deliver high-quality service and exceptional results to our valued customers.
Jason is known for his meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. He understands the importance of clear communication, timely response, and personalized solutions, and he works tirelessly to ensure that every customer receives the attention and support they deserve.
