Summary

Ridge Mechanical LLC is a growing commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor serving the North Carolina Triad since 1955. We are seeking motivated individuals who want to develop their HVAC technical skills while working alongside experienced HVAC professionals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including filter changes, belt replacements, and coil cleaning
• Assist with equipment startups and system testing
• Maintain accurate service reports and work documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Participate in manufacturer and company-sponsored training programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Technical school or HVAC coursework preferred
• 0-2 years of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or construction experience preferred
